In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, hydrogen energy has taken substantial steps in industrial application. Both government and industrial capital are actively promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry. On November 30th, 2018, the Seminar on Demonstration and Application of Hydrogen Energy Projects was held in Fujian Snowman Co., Ltd. It was also the first seminar on demonstration and application of hydrogen energy projects in Fujian Province held in Fuzhou.
The seminar was sponsored by Fujian Industry and Information Technology Department, Fuzhou Economic and Information Committee and Changle District Government. More than 100 representatives of well-known vehicle enterprises, bus groups, logistics companies, energy companies, financial institutions, industry associations, scientific research institutes were invited to participate in the seminar. Snowman shares as a hydrogen energy project. Demonstration application promoters participated in this seminar. The seminar showcased the latest technological developments and related innovative demonstration applications of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, which attracted the attention of the industry and the public.
At the meeting, Lan Wen, deputy director of the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, said that Fujian Province is currently focusing on developing hydrogen energy industry, making every effort to build a leading demonstration city of fuel cell automobile technology in China, forming a resource aggregation effect of high-quality industrial chain, and promoting enterprise transformation and leapfrog development.
Lin Shixiang, General Manager of Snowman Hydrogen Energy Company, introduced the layout of Snowman Hydrogen Industry, Snowman Hydrogen Energy Products and their applications.
At the meeting, Mao Zongqiang, Vice-Chairman of International Hydrogen Energy Association, Professor of Tsinghua University, Professor of Automation Engineering College of University of Electronic Science and Technology, and Tang Hao, Vice-Chairman of Fuel Cell Branch of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association, introduced respectively the planning and frontier trends of hydrogen energy industry.
At the meeting, Snowman shares signed an intentional framework agreement with Xiamen Golden Passenger Car on the development and cooperation of hydrogen fuel cell.
After the meeting, delegates visited the equipment production line and hydrogen fuel cell project laboratory of the snowman workshop.
After nearly 20 years of development, Snowman has grown into a world-renowned compressor and refrigeration system manufacturer. In recent years, through the merger and acquisition of Swedish compressor company SRM and world-renowned fuel cell manufacturers, Snowman has integrated the core technology and team of international advanced technology to expand to the hydrogen energy sector. The technology in the hydrogen energy battery engine project has been relatively mature, and a prototype has been trial-produced. This product has been included in the list. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "2018 Industrial Strong Foundation Engineering Key Products and Process Demonstration Application Promotion Plan". At the same time, the low-cost hydrogen source produced by the upstream polypropylene projects such as Zhongjiang, Zhongjing, southeast electrification and Yaolong Chemical Industry in Jiangyin Chemical Industry Concentration Area of Fuqing provides favorable conditions for the popularization and application of hydrogen energy vehicles. Fuzhou Municipal Government is also actively promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry. Fuzhou Development and Reform Commission and Credit Commission have taken the lead in formulating the Work Plan of Fuzhou on Promotion of Hydrogen Energy Projects.
